A Muslim lives for the good pleasure of God and he dies for the good pleasure of God. If one does not live for the good pleasure of God, life would turn into a living hell for him/her. Everything should be for the good pleasure of God; only then life would be beautiful. Heaven would be beautiful with the good pleasure of God as well.

There is no reliability and soundness in disbelief. You talk to a man and then you see him go and do something atrocious. They act in perversion and do something stupid. They want to approach you only insofar as they see you may serve their interest. When they have no personal gain in being with you, they refrain from coming near you. Actually in Islam, there is the concept of one being a servant of God without asking for any personal gain. Muslims live by that and thus attain constant reliability and decency.

When we love a person we love him/her for the good pleasure of God. What does the good pleasure of God mean? It stems from the services rendered for Islam. Does he/she unite Muslims? Does he/she ensure unity? Does he/she work to quell dissension? Does he/she develop an attitude against division? If we see all these in a person, we should love that person for the good pleasure of God. We feel that love as a religious observation.

Our heart is set on the Hereafter. Our heart is set on the good pleasure of God, not on any rank or position.

What are the components of preaching religion? Pain, difficulties and threats… If these increase, the value of the preaching would increase as well, and you would attain the good pleasure of God even more. If your goal is to attain the good pleasure and the mercy of God, you would lovingly endure those. Living such a cowardly, timid life in this transient world is vey humiliating.

The birth of our Prophet (saas) is a feast for us, it is a celebration. He brought light to this world, he shone brightly in the world. May God be pleased with him. We are all very pleased with him; insha’Allah, may he be pleased with us in the Hereafter as well. Above all else is the approval of God of course, insha’Allah.

Worldly business can only have a meaning if they are done for the good pleasure of God. Muslims are disturbed by the unlawful acts, they make Muslims paralyzed and Muslims are unable to do such acts. But if a person is weak in mind and in faith, such a person does not mind if an act is religiously unlawful or not.

Our reward is the approval of God, His mercy and His Heaven. We are solely after attaining the approval of God, insha'Allah.

Talk about Allah. Our hearts feel relieved with the mentioning of Allah. We love Allah. We live for Allah.

Man has a great power of resistance. He orders his brain and doesn't do what Satan orders. For instance, he would serve Islam. The lower-self says, "I am exhausted!" a Muslim responds to his lower-self saying, "You create that tiredness with prompting," and says, "What exhaustion are you talking about? You would be jumping up and down if you were told that you would be given five thousand liras. You are lying, it is not true." Even if the lower-self says, "I am spent, I am tired, I am about to drop down," a Muslim would say, "If there were something in it for you, you would go insane and all energetic."

If one gets married simply to reproduce, he would be like an animal. If one goes to school only for his own interests, he would be an egotistical, ordinary person. But if one lives for the good pleasure of God in all things, he would have a lofty and superior goals. Then Almighty God gives him a clear mind, plentitude, facility and beauty.

Almighty God says, "If you abide by God you will be happy." What does this mean? If you do not abide by God, you cannot be happy. What kind of unhappiness is this? You suffer, you live in fear, you feel restless, you become apprehensive. You writhe in pain. Life will turn into a living hell for you.

If you are thinking about a system, if you want to do good, at the root of it, there should definitely be fear of Allah and the good pleasure of Allah. Otherwise, you would collapse, you would go to the depths of the hell, says Allah in the verses.

The best form of resting is – of course we do not do this for God to let us rest, but for the good pleasure of God- is perfect connection with God. There is no rest other than that. I mean one should never weaken his connection with God under no conditions. Saying, "I will put things right later on," is wrong.

In real passion, one presents his/her love to the other not for his/her physical attributes but for the good pleasure of Allah. That is because beauty will be gone in a short period of time. Passion felt for the good pleasure of Allah is very beautiful.

Our honor, our pride, our dignity, our homeland, nation, our flag, our Lord, our Book; these are what life is for us. We can give our lives for Allah without batting an eyelid. We are living for Allah anyway.

Religion exists because of the love of Allah. It would not be appropriate to see religion as –may Allah forbid- a remedy for straits. Religion is not to be implemented to be at ease or to find peace. Religion is practiced only for Allah.

IN THE ISLAMIC WORLD THERE HAS NEVER BEEN A COMMUNITY SO DEVOTED TO ISLAMIC MORALITY. There is no other community so committed to Allah, devoted to the Book and the Qur’an. This is apparent.

A Muslim already prays five times a day, fasts, pays his alms but he is also responsible for learning, to make an effort for the Unity of Islam, to communicate the signs leading to faith, make effort to make people believe and strive against bigotry.

People are inclined to possessions and a believer gives that possession he loves to Allah. He gives. The soul is Allah’s, and a person gives that soul to Allah, grants him back to Allah. This comes to mean the expression of Allah.

Starting from childhood discourse that distance people from God is often made. However one needs to focus all his attention on God and have an incessant relation with God in his heart.

I never married because my whole time is devoted to God, to Islam and to spreading the beautiful message of Islam.

Islam is our whole life. There can be no single moment of our lives without religion.

Religion, piety is for God only. Everything about a Muslim, his whole life is for God.

Mourning after a deceased person was a custom of the idolaters of Mecca. It is a pagan tradition reminiscent from the Sumerians, from the ancient Greek.
