Anger, hatred, lack of love and compassion, selfishness, cruelty; these feelings blacken the eyes, blacken the words spoken. Once ensnared by such feelings, that person will lose the ability to talk sensibly. Observe carefully the language of those that refuse love. They just can’t make sensible sentences.

The human body tends to behave like an animal when left to its own devices; it will just want to eat and sleep, it will easily get scared and act selfishly. One should balance out that animalistic side by means of faith. One shouldn't allow oneself to act like an animal.

When you love someone, you don't act curtly towards that person, you don't act stingy, you do not act egotistically; you look out for that person's comfort, you have that person's best interests at heart.

If you act rudely, you lose love. If you behave kindly, you gain love. If one is egotistical, he loses love; if he acts in a self-sacrificing manner, love will come back instantly and it will come back even stronger.

The reason for separation is weakness in faith. If your love is for God, why would you ever leave? But if your love is for your own interests, who comes for interests would leave for interests.

To attain quality there should be respect. One should refrain from egoism and should have a very fervent love of God in his soul to attain quality.

There is selfishness and self-interest at the root of vulgarity. A high quality person would be humble and easy-going.

Egocentrism has overwhelmed the world in its entirety. They do not even consider asking about a person's well being when they meet.

A person lives only for God, for his religion. Pursuing earthly interests is a very despicable act.

Sincerity costs one a lot. One would suffer through ordeals, get tired and even get into trouble. If you are living an easy life and show interest only in things that directly affect your interests, if you protect your own interests as if you are protecting a baby, where is sincerity in this?

The fact that a person talks about God and Islam is not sufficient. We should be careful if he is after interests for himself or not.

When people’s interests conflict they lose their love and become a totally different, wickedly immoral person.

Since love between people has decreased so much, people are surprised to see a person loving them. All they know is love that is based on interests

In order to be in love, one needs to have a morality like that of the Prophets. One needs to be committed to God and to live for God. One needs to retire from this world. Would an egoistical, selfish person be in love? Such a person would be wearing that cloak anyway. If one is egoistical and selfish, that means it is over for him.

Lack of love and egoism drags people into fragmentation. Love on the other hand brings about integration. Would anyone want to be separated from his loved one? One would only want to be separated from those he doesn’t love. One would not want to see those he hates. All these fragmentations in the world stem from a lack of love.

There is richness in unity. For instance, the European countries have united but because the bond they have between them is not a bond of faith, because it is not a bond of love, they are not successful. When the Islamic world unites, the bond they have between them will be a bond of love and there will be no borders, no visas, no passports and thus both trade and friendship will easily be established and sustained. There will be a sound, vivid, lively life based on love and generosity, far removed from selfishness and egoism.

People underestimate the importance of the lack of love. Is this not the system that ruined the whole world? The , Russia collapsed. They are in a phase of this collapse; they will collapse even further. Europe is ruined; Europe has gone bankrupt. Lack of love, egoism and selfishness is the only reason for that. Actually the world is big enough for all people.

If you approach people egotistically, love would not be formed anyway; egoism, selfishness are the enemies of love. If one stops being an egoist and selfish God would open the way for him. If you behave egotistically and selfishly God would deem you unsuccessful.

One must be careful against those who will act against Muslims when they can't see any benefit for themselves. One can be friends with decent and trustworthy people.

Our brothers should be very cautious against self-seeking people. Expecting expedience is unacceptable while preaching religion, one only acts for the good pleasure of God.

Love puts away terror, anarchy, egoism and stinginess.

Israel is an intelligent, wise state in the region. It is an anti-communist state that sides with God. Turkey should be very good friends with Israel in any case.

The only weapon we have is our insistence on love that stems from faith and that is all. We need to be devoutly religious but also full of love. We need to be avoid being vindictive, we need to try to make peace between everyone and strive for everyone's well-being.

Had some bigots been given free reign, neither listening to music, nor sculptures, nor paintings, or freedom for ladies putting on make-up and going out would be left. These people are quite bloodthirsty. That is why Turkey should swiftly go towards a modern, religious line.

A mentality that oppresses women would never develop and prosper. God would open the path of a country in which women enjoy freedom. It would be the end of a country if women are oppressed in that country.
