Laying down weapons is something the PKK would never accept. First of all that is against Marxist, communist, Stalinist principles. These people have been trained as communists, Stalinists. Stalinism is reliant upon weapons. Why should they lay down their weapons? Would they ever leave their weapons simply because you asked them to do so? That can only be possible with education.
