Systems should be built to audit the judicial system. For instance there should be judges, supervisor judges who audit the operation of the judicial system. It should be possible to audit all the things judges do. Arbitrary cases should not be allowed but if there are grave mistakes made by judges, it should be possible to press charges against them as well. At the moment it is not possible to press charges against them; that should be changed.

Once the justice system is collapsed, may Allah forbid, Turkey would collapse. The justice system should stand upright. But of course people should be very much alert against any unjust act in the jurisdiction.
