“Do you not see what your Lord did with the Companions of the Elephant? Did He not bring all their schemes to nothing, “ (Surat Al-Fil, 1-2) The Elephant is one of the symbols used by the British Deep State. They used the elephants in the massacres they carried out in WWII. In Masnawi, the Mawlana’s work, there is the symbol of the elephant. The British Deep State uses this symbol to relay the message that “We’re everywhere but you can’t grasp what we are.”
