They present Christmas as if it is a tragedy. We celebrated the birthday of our Prophet (saas) with pride and we do so every year. Why are they appalled with the birthday of the Prophet Jesus (pbuh)? He too is a prophet of Islam. He too is one of our Prophets.

Some Muslims imagine that being against Christians' celebrations during Christmas that take place once a year is a great way of striving on the path of God. Instead of being false heroes on that day, they should preach religion all through the year and talk about Islam and preach the miracles of the Qur’an.

Religion is the Qur'an. If you live by the Qur'an, then it is okay. Or else putting lights on pine trees and putting lights for one's garden and on streets would not contravene religion.
