In Surat al-Qasas verse 5, God tells that He will show kindness to the oppressed and make them leaders and inheritors. In verse 6, God says that Islam will prevail over the world and the shadow states that are the contemporary Pharaohs will be defeated: "We desired to show kindness to those who were oppressed in the land and to make them leaders and make them inheritors." (Surat al-Qasas, 5) “and establish them firmly in the land and to show Pharaoh and Haman and their troops the very thing that they were fearing from them.” (Surat al-Qasas, 6) Quote
