A young girl has to be smart, she needs to exercise. She has to have strong muscles and be athletic. Her hair must be very clean and well groomed.

Everyone can feel distressed at times. This is how it is in this World as a part of the trial. Drinking lukewarm water, not leaving the body dehydrated, not leaving one's self sleepless, moving a little. But the most important and above all else being in love with Allah, completely submitting to Allah and leaving one's self to Allah and knowing that reasons can never be a basis [ can be the cure for to overcome that distress.]

Actually sport activities should be obligatory. In order to bring about a fit youth, there should be one hour, one and a half hour sports lesson each day, or at least every other day. The important thing is to make the youth spiritually and physically healthy and sound.

Very nice facilities can be built in schools for youth. They need to be encouraged about sports and sports should be made obligatory in a way. If you leave one to his own means, doing sports might be very difficult.

Healthy nutrition and exercise alone do not make a person healthy; having faith and fear of God is also essential. Both physical and spiritual measures must be taken. If people lack fear and love of God; eating and drinking a lot will not do them any good.

It is crucial to never forget and constantly honor the great artists, athletes of the past.

Sport strengthens the body. Professionals should encourage and help young people into sports.

Being active and eating regular healthy food instead of snacks is necessary for the healthy development of children.

In sports, it is best to work every part of the body in a balanced way.

Sports is crucial for health. Governments should have a very sound policy for the physical training of children.

To ensure the healthy physical and mental development of young people, encouraging a healthy, well-balanced diet should become a state policy.

A human being is a very fragile being. Allah says in the Qur’an, “Man is created weak.” Whether a man or a woman, they are all weak. They are easily negatively affected. They may get exhausted easily, feel exhausted and get sick easily. As a requisite of the trial in this world, they are created in that manner. That is because Allah does not want us to love this world.

IF A PERSON GETS ATTACHED TO THIS WORLD, HE SUFFERS A LOT. ONCE HE IS NOT ATTACHED TO THIS WORLD, HE WANTS ALLAH, because Almighty Allah essentially wants Himself to be the loved one.

Almighty Allah wants both gratefulness and to be loved.

The trait of hell is this: it is as if everything has come into being by chance. Fire comes from within, people are like apes and heads are turned backwards. Some have no faces.

Women are very wise; one can counsel them very well. It would be very fine to comply with the advice of a woman; it brings blessings.

A WOMAN IS THE MOST BEAUTIFUL ADORNMENT IN THE WORLD. There is nothing superior to her. They are very blessed beings.

Wherever there is woman, sins come to an end there. At those places where there are the women, lawful deeds appear. Perversion, immorality appear where there are the bigots.

Everywhere will be beautiful like flowers. We will beautify the provinces, villages and towns. We will embrace the Europeans, the Jews, the Christians and the Freemasons. They will all be the followers of our Prophet (saas).

A secular, democratic system will come into existence properly, insha’Allah. The time of oppression, the period of violence will come to an end. Insha’Allah.

You are all images created by Allah. When a person says, “I don’t like Allah, but I love you”, then this is great cruelty, immorality, remorselessness and idiocy. How can such an image come into existence without it being created by Allah? And once it comes into being, who will make you love it? Allah will make you love that image.

To Whom do the images belong? They belong to Allah. To Whom does our love belong? To Allah. How can one forget about Allah? There is such an abnormality. Allah wants us to be thankful, and in return He says that He will increase His blessings upon Us. That is because everything belongs to Him.

A Muslim has to be very clean in every way. Cleanliness also becomes absent in lack of quality.

NOT TOO MUCH MONEY IS REQUISITE FOR QUALITY. IT DEMANDS INTELLIGENCE, TASTE AND A TENDENCY TO ARTISTRY. For instance, a woman can be very shoddy with very expensive materials. Likewise, she can be a very quality person with very cheap materials. This is a matter of wisdom and conscience. THIS IS RELATED WITH THE PENETRATION OF THE POWER OF ARTISTRY TO THE SOUL AND THIS IS RELATED TO FAITH AND WISDOM. They are all interrelated.

The highest standard must be attained in artistry. The highest standard must be the goal in quality. Then the world becomes beautiful in the technical sense.
