When Muslims become divided and fall into conflict with each other, God regards it as persecution. Muslims should be in unity, not in conflict.

There is bound to be violence in places where the system of the Mahdi does not prevail. God is showing that to people and He will continue to do so. We will all come to see that the coming days will be even fiercer. That will continue until love is formed in the hearts towards Jesus Messiah, Mahdi (pbuh) and the Islamic Union.

Iraq will be destroyed. It is not possible for the world to be saved in any way other than the system of the Mahdi. It is not possible without the system of the Mahdi. If they plead ignorance in the face of this, God will make them understand forcefully. So there has to be Mahdi (pbuh), there has to be Jesus Messiah (pbuh), there has to be Islamic Union.

Islam will prevail with science and knowledge. Nothing could come out of politics, out of this and that, or out of opening schools, etc. Telling people one by one about the facts leading to faith, about the miracles of the Qur’an, giving glad tidings of the system of the Mahdi, taking refuge in Almighty God, becoming brothers, being loving, merciful, classy and leading by example; once we succeed in these matters, the rest will be solved, insha’Allah.

It is only possible to put away the distinction between the Shia and the Sunnis with the system of the Mahdi. The world dominion of arts, science and aesthetics can only be possible by the system of the Mahdi.

The real spirit of religion is only with the system of the Mahdi

According to the laws of God, it is not possible for a movement to be successful without the help of God and without the support God bestowed within destiny, without that movement being on the path of God, without it being under the command of the system of the Mahdi.

Willingly or unwillingly all states, all governments, all societies, all foundations, all kinds of structures are under the command of the system of the Mahdi.

When you speak of politics, love and compassion should come to mind. Politics should be under the command of love, it should serve love. At the time of the Mahdi, politics will be the source of love and affection; it will be used to attain love and affection, Insha’Allah.

The system of the Mahdi does not consist of a spiritual identity. Mahdi is a person, he has students. But of course his personality and his students together constitute a spiritual identity as well.

Bediuzzaman says; “I would have come to Istanbul even if I were in Mecca or Medina.” He says; “Turkey is the center of the Islamic Union.” Bediuzzaman has always implemented a policy based on Istanbul.

One cannot become a Mahdi simply because he wants to become the Mahdi or by working hard for it. One is born to be the Mahdi (as) and God preordains in destiny who Mahdi (as) will be. Fame and making fuss wouldn’t ensure it, working hard wouldn’t ensure it. It is all about the heart. The system of the Mahdi is all about profound faith.

Returning to the times of Ottomans is never a possibility. I mean there is no policy to be called neo-Ottomans. There is only the policy of the system of the Mahdi. The system of the Mahdi is what we call the unity of the Islamic world. And the person to lead that unity is called the Mahdi. That will be made possible with the support of the Jesus Messiah.

An independent Kurdistan will never be found in our South East region. They should forget about that. There will be a great Islamic structuring, there will be Islamic Unity, there will be a great Turkish Islamic Union. That union will cover Russia, Armenia an Israel as well. They will all be included and the world would thus attain peace and tranquility. The notion of racism will be annihilated.

Islamic Union is an immediate religious obligation. It is a religious obligation for us to concentrate all our attention to the Unity of Islam. Consequently it is a religious obligation for us to concentrate on the system of the Mahdi.

There is a demand for the Islamic Union all around the world but God blocks the way of all formations that slip towards radicalism in order to prevent that union to be in the form of radicalism. God advances all structures that are closed to radicalism.

Turkey, Pakistan, Egypt, Israel will all unite as brothers in our time. A great Islamic Union, a great Islamic Unity will be formed. The characteristic of this union will be that it will be based on an intense love, friendship and good intentions.

These sufferings will continue unless Muslims unite and elect a leader, unless they feel that yearning for the Mahdi (pbuh) and the Jesus Messiah.

Some scholars are trying to conceal the existence of Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) whom our Prophet (saas) clearly foretold that would be an individual person, by saying that he will be a "collective identity"; that would drag Muslims into a deadlock. It would drag them into dissension, pain and predicaments. But the belief in the system of the Mahdi and the Islamic Union brings abundance, plenitude and beauty.

Almighty God warns the ummah; "If you do not unite, if you do not gather around a leader, I will ruin you. You will lose all your power if you fall out with each other. But otherwise I will give you victory, help, beauty and dominion." Muslims are to choose one of those two.

One should put his trust in God. If you do not put your trust in God everything would give you pain, you would be bored of everything. Everything would make you afraid, everything would overwhelm you. All the incidents in the world would seem to come at you. As the verse of the Qur’an refers, God makes such people’s breasts narrow and constricted as if they were climbing up into the sky. One should submit to God for his heart to be at ease.

Muslims should say; “Oh my Lord, give me an infinite love and an endless closeness.” There is no end to love. That is because this is a place of trial; it is a place of racing. God refers to those who are the foremost in the race. What does “being foremost in the race” mean? It means being foremost in piety, it means being resolute, it means striving in the path of God and attaining the love of God.

Saying, “Oh Lord, what can I ever be? I cannot draw too close to you and I cannot love you very much,” would be blasphemy. God has opened the hearts of men infinitely to Himself. There is no limit to man’s power of drawing closer to God; one can get closer to God as much as he/she wants.
