Our Prophet's (saas) power of faith exhilarates the companions. Having a person with deep faith among them is an amazing feeling. That is why people love sheikhs, sheikhs of religious orders deeply. They love them because they have strong faith; at least people see them as people of strong faith.

Radicals believe that they are the most devout ones when they turn the life of this world into a life in Hell, when they misrepresent Islam as hellish. For instance, they believe that it is out of piousness when they turn praying into an inextricable act. They believe that it is out of piousness when they make it impossible to perform ablution, whereas God described performing ablution in a single line in the Qur'an.

The things demanded by the Qur'an are only a few: Performing prayers is explained very briefly in the Qur'an, fasting is explained very briefly and giving alms is explained very briefly. God commands us to be merciful, compassionate, to avoid telling lies, to be true. He commands us to have good intentions and to love one another, to love God a lot; to be of help to one another and to avoid worldly ambitions for goods because everything belongs to God. The commands in the Qur'an are very few. The rest is all about the foulness of the unbelievers, the impertinent behavior of the unbelievers, of the people of heresy and the responses given to them.

God checks up faith related sensitivities. Starting from the Prophet Adam (pbuh) until the Last Day, all people will be put through a perfect trial without any exceptions. No one has ever been granted any privileges that would remove their freewill of mind.

Almighty God always aims for sincere, exalted faith. When Almighty God sees sincere, lofty faith in the world, He increases the abundance on this world: When there is weakness in faith, God reduces that abundance on the world. That is why pure and sincere Muslims should continue this spiritual reinforcement with all their might.

When one constantly sides with God, his faith would increase. People sometimes tend to abandon God a little and hold on to God from time to time. One should never break off his uninterrupted spiritual connection with God.

When one hears about those in need, the first thing that comes to his mind is being in need of food, in need of bread. One needs faith, one needs love of God. If you pray, God responds to your prayers. You need love, you need profundity, you need deep love for God.

There is no need to consume such an extraordinary amount of energy for attaining deep faith. If a person is very sincere, a deep faith would instantly be formed. They are imagining that religion is very difficult. They say, "You need to ponder deeply, you need to think deeply." Actually one cannot succeed at thinking deeply through mere willpower; God is the One Who will make one think deeply. A person does not have any individual power. What we need to do then is to be sincere. We have to be sincere and ask for it from God.

Only a handful of people with genuine faith have empowered the faith of the whole world.

People saw that they can be religious in their hearts and souls. They have seen that they can listen to music; they have seen that women can wander around without covering their heads yet be religious and perform their prayers at the same time. Therefore, religion has become widespread covertly in Turkey and found a great foundation everywhere.

Anywhere God is in – and there is no place He is not- is like Heaven with faith. If one does not believe in God, no matter where he goes, it will be his Hell.

There is no need to get into a direct conflict with their idols. If necessary, one might protect his faith appearing like he is siding with that idol. I mean if there is a danger, if the idol is about to crush him, if it is going to cost him his life, if it will prevent him from living by his religion, one might act as if he is siding with the idols. This is also defined in the Qur'an; one wouldn't be responsible from that.

If there is a fervent love, that means there is a fervent faith. If one has a fervent love for a woman, you should know that he possesses a fervent faith. That is the sign of it.

One should close the door to misgivings during the prayers: That is because you do not avoid performing prayers, you do not avoid taking ablution. Since you are there to take your ablution, you do not avoid doing so. You wash your hands and face. You do whatever is required. If that is the case why should you be doubtful?

Man is a being made up of blood, flesh and bones. Man possesses a thousand and one different weaknesses. How could one feel love for that? One would be insane. One could only be loved if he possesses the soul of God, if he is a noble being, if he is a being that would live for all eternity.

If a person does not believe in God, it would be impossible to find it in one's soul to trust that person. How could one see the other person if he does not possess the mind to see God? If one does not have it in his heart to be thankful to God, how could it be possible for him to thank another person? How could one be loyal to a servant of God if he cannot be loyal to God? It is faith that ensures the energy and nobility of love.

Information does not flow to the brain out of the blue. The brain should be disciplined; it should be educated. It is not possible to do by sitting back, one needs to work for it. Thinking is an act of worship, just like prayers.

One wakes up for the morning prayers with love. God created you with all these details and gives you uninterrupted blessings. In the morning God gives you food, He feeds you at lunch time and also at dinner. He gives you your breath constantly and has your heart working uninterruptedly day in and day out. If He stops your heart for a moment, you would be dead. If He stops your breathing for a moment, you would be dead. If you consider prayers to be too much for God, that would be foul play against God.

If you believe in God, it would be cruel not to wake up for the morning prayer. That is because you promise God and say that you love God, that you appreciate His blessings on you and that you are thankful to Him. But then you say, "I do not want to thank You!" How is that acceptable?

The daily prayer really annoys the hypocrites; they regard that as totally unnecessary but he likes the good intentions and virtue of Muslims. The immorality of the unbelievers troubles him. That is why the hypocrite does not nail his colors to the mast of unbelief.

Religion can be practiced soundly by the beaches, in discos, practically everywhere. You can build a masjid inside a night club so that youngsters go there to perform their prayers and then come back and have fun. Ladies can swim in the sea at the beaches and then go perform their prayers as they like.

Satan wants to drown people in details in order to alienate them from prayer. Bigots complicate prayer by listing thousands of things that will render the prayer invalid; however, performing prayer is quite easy. That is why God did not go into detail in the Qur'an regarding prayer; He only mentions ruqu [bowing down], sujud [prostration] and qiyam [standing up]. Perform your prayer and leave: That is it.

We relish in worshiping God and performing prayer. How nice that prayer is a beauty that has been performed for thousands of years.

One would be happy and have his mind relieved when he performs his prayers, when he performs ablution, when he submits to God’s will, mentions the Name of God, reads the Qur’an. God has created man in a way that he would feel that need. One would be suffocated if he doesn’t live all these beauties. These are all blessings that prevent one to be drawn in that water, these are lifesaving blessings.

What we see from the verses is that there is a possibility even for Pharaoh to believe if he is preached to. Then communists, PKK militants, atheists, everyone should be told about religion. How? With a lenient, kind and respectful manner.
