What does saying, "Oh my Lord, I thank You a lot," means? It means, "I do love You a lot and I am expressing my love to You." It means, "I am happy." What does saying I am happy, mean? It means I am happy because I love You.

“Rahman and Rahim." These Names are all about love. The whole aim of the Qur'an is love. The goal of the fear of God is love. Those who fear God pave the way for love. Those who fear God would easily love and be loved yet those who do not fear God would neither be easily loved nor love.

What does "salam" mean? It means love. " It means no harm will come to you from me." Then what does it mean? It means keep your heart at ease and in comfort, be happy. Look at the origin of all these words, all these expressions, there is love, deep in the origin of all these words.

They imagine that preaching religion means talking and writing a lot. Instead of doing that, show your love for 15 minutes and it would be 15 million times more effective.

Look at the Qur'an as a whole; love prevails throughout the whole of the Qur'an. The Qur'an lays the ground for love. The Qur'an settles the foundation of love on a very steady ground with the fear of God, with the love of God and the threat of Hell.

Radicals assume that talking in an all-knowing manner would disseminate Islam. Islam would never be disseminated in this manner. People would like to see your sincere love. They would want to see your clean-cut clothes, your cleanliness, your liveliness, your effort to beautify life. These things show Islam applied in practice. When they see them, they embrace Islam as you tell them.

Fear of God constitutes the mainframe of love. You show patience because of fear of God, you show compassion, you become helpful and generous because of fear of God. All these form the mainframe of love.

If you protect the needy, what would they feel for you? They would love you. What would be the first feeling they would feel? Love. For instance, you give them a gift and they thank you. What is thanks? Their eyes sparkle. Why? Out of love. Love would be formed in their hearts towards you instantly. Our Prophet (saas) says "" What is the goal here? Love.

You forgive, you pardon and thus remove the block that stands in front of love. When you forgive you would be removing the wall in front of love.

God says; "Make allowances for people, command what is right, and turn away from the ignorant." What happens when we make allowances for people? The obstacles before love is removed. Love unites. "… and turn away from the ignorant." Ignorance depresses people. Ignorance suffocates love. When you turn away from the ignorant you would be protecting love. "Command what is wrong." What happens when you command right? Love increases, love develops.

The whole of the Qur'an is based on love. But if you directly present love, you would be entering a great beauty right from the center. That is why a way of explaining aimed directly on love, rationality and spirit is needed. Whichever verse you open and read you will see that they all aim for love.

Love is a crucial subject matter. We look into politics and only see hatred and rage. The goal of life is love; so why do they not prioritize love?

Our Prophet (saas) gave all his attention to love and he thus became very successful very influential. Our Prophet's power of influence came from his love. Prophet Joseph's, Prophet Solomon's and Prophet Abraham's power of influence came from their love as well.

“Thank” is a word of love. What does thanking God mean? It means my Lord, I do love You very much, I do love You madly. I extend my endless thanks to You. This is the meaning of hamd (thanks).

When in comfort, they unite against God in wide masses and rebel against God almost worldwide. When they are crushed, they pray to God and beg. What is the need for that crushing? Do not do that, be wise, repent. Be thankful to God and say, “O Lord, You are Great, I do love You so much” and see that God would make blessings rain down on you. Why are you looking for trouble? Why do you go astray and run riot? Why do you crush yourself?

God wants to be loved with a profound love. God wants a deep, attentive rapport. For instance, God says, "Be thankful to me, render your thanks and invoke My Name frequently." The goal here is to establish a constant connection with Him. God loves to be loved but He loves to be loved greatly and that is Almighty God's due. That is because He is the Owner of everything, He is the Owner of all beauties.

A Muslim should hold on to God to death. He should accept being martyred, becoming a veteran, to be imprisoned, to be put into an asylum. He should be able to be thankful to God when those things happen. Then God opens his path to the utmost.

There is no patience in Heaven, there is no courage, there is no reason to be courageous. You cannot be patient, courageous, brave. There is nothing to resign one's self to. Purity, self-sacrifice, none of those exist in Heaven. It is the abode of fun. Of course there is being thankful and praising, there is seeing the Manifestations of God and loving.

There is a special system organizing poverty in the world. There are individuals leading that system and there are those who give orders to them as well. There are those who give orders to those who give orders. There are those who they cannot see giving orders. Poverty is specifically being organized and they cannot stop it. God says, "I bring about poverty when they fail to be thankful." What God says happens, people cannot stop it.

Blessings will increase if one is grateful. What does being grateful mean? It means abiding by the Qur'an, submitting to God and being pleased with what God gives. The man is not pleased with God and is constantly complaining. He believes – may God forbid - that God has treated him unjustly. How could there be blessings, if this is the case? Of course, such a person is not given blessings.

God says " If you are grateful, I will certainly give you increase." They do not believe in this. They say "No, that is not what is going to happen." And as long as you keep saying it won't happen, you will continue to grovel.

If a person is patient, if he constantly thanks God, God would open the doors to him where he least expects. But because they constantly complain, blessings do not come upon them.

Life is beautiful for Muslims. For unbelievers life is always distressful, painful and restricted. A Muslim is always thankful; even if he eats dry bread, he thanks God for it.

The blather of unbelief is so difficult that it is a trial in this world. It necessitates patience, that is for one. Secondly it necessitates attention. From which point that impertinent attitude is to be refuted should be investigated separately. These are not always from the same point of view, they all have to be proven with verses and then a rationale should be propounded.
