They imagine that Islam will cease to exist when there is secularism. Secularism means irreligious and religious people living together in comfort. Islam guarantees the coexistence of both irreligious and religious people.

What befalls on Muslims is to preach Islam. According to Islam, exerting pressure and compulsion is unlawful.

According to the Qur'an, everyone can practice his own religion as he pleases. The verse says “You have your religion and I have mine”. Consequently, a Muslim should never exert pressure on anyone.

I would never intervene in anyone's way of living. They may all live as they like as I have respect for all points of view.

I would never intervene in anyone's way of clothing and I would never ostracize a person due to his or her dress. I have respect and love for all.

Muslims are free when they fully abide by the Qur'an. Islam abolishes the thousands of prohibitions imposed by systems other than the Islam.

Stoning someone to death, killing those who shave their beards or change their religion are not decreed in Islam. These should be declared as false hadiths.

Thousands of books about the sufficiency of the Qur'an and the fact that there exists no violence in Islam must be handed out by means of planes which are now used to drop bombs.

Attempting to change the government through a coup and preparing lists for conducting massacres would not be acceptable anywhere. There is no compulsion in Islam.

"There is no compulsion where religion is concerned." This is a command of God. This is also a summary of secularism.

Everyone can be religious or non-religious, however they wish. No one has the right to interfere and force another.

There is no pressure and compelling in religion. Muslims are obliged to say to unbelievers “Your religion is yours and my religion is mine”, they can’t pressure people.

It is very wrong to oppress an atheist. An atheistic person honestly reveals his stance. In cases of oppression, people turn to hypocrisy.

According to the Qur'an, those who abandon religion, become atheists, drink alcohol, abandon prayer, shave their beard and so on are not killed. There is no pressure on anyone when it comes to religion.

"There is no compulsion in religion." People cannot be forced to live religion. It is illegal to force religion according to the Qur'an.

Muslims give advice to others regarding what is unlawful by religion, but do not interfere in anyone’s way of living.

Religion is love, it is relief, beauty, exhilaration and joy. It enables you to use the blessings of God legitimately in the most beautiful manner. An understanding of religion which claims that it is an offense to turn right or to turn left, to look upwards or to look downwards, is not acceptable. That would devastate people make them psychopathic and cause them lose their sanity. It is cruelty to complicate religion. And they are carrying out this cruelty without being aware of it.

Some people think that they would get even closer to God as they complicate religion. Actually you would end up in Hell for failing to give an account for keeping people away from God's religion. One should show people the ease in religion, just like God has revealed.

Making religion difficult is a cruelty inflicted upon the whole world. That is because people suffer anguish when they become estranged to religion.

According to the Qur'an, there can be no compulsion in religion. One cannot force anyone to be a Muslim, but he can only advise. Pressuring people would only produce hypocrites.

There is a horrible and completely unfounded belief in the bigoted mindset that says whoever abandons religion should be killed. In the Qur’an however, there is no compulsion and everyone is free to believe or not to believe.

Saying "I do not like the opinions of this person, so I will bomb him," is not acceptable. You simply talk to him, explain things to him and if he doesn't acknowledge the truth, it is all you can do. If he does acknowledge the truth, that would be great. There is no compulsion in religion. There is no such method of knocking sense into a person with bombs and weapons.

I believe in the sufficiency of the Qur’an as a guide and I live my life according to the Qur’an.

Secularism is best explained in Islam and the Qur’an. The commandment in the Qur’an that reads “your religion is yours and my religion is mine” is the best application of secularism.

It is no one else’s business whether a person fasts or not. Everyone is responsible for him or herself. There is no compulsion in religion.
