May God bless the martyrdom of our martyrs. The British secret state uses the PKK this time in Southeastern Anatolia, like it did in Gallipoli before.

We will not allow a Stalinist state to be established in the Southeast of Turkey. If needed we can have hundreds of thousands of martyrs but we won’t give away an acre of our land.

Three of my friends were martyred and there are also seven veterans among my friends. I have friends currently joining the operations against the terror organization PKK in the Southeast of Turkey. Martyrdom is an honor.

Having martyrs will never trouble or upset us. It is the terrorists that will be troubled. Martyrdom is a blessing for Muslims.

Children shouldn't be taken to martyr funerals. No one should ever speak any words of dismay or trouble at the martyr funerals.

It would be a grave mistake to use all our military power, weapons, means and munitions against ISIS when the activities of the PKK are so self-evident, when the PKK militants martyr our soldiers, our policemen every day, when they explode bombs all around Turkey.

Muslims are being martyred en masse, yet certain scholars still instigate conflict between Shia and Sunni. They don't strive for Islamic unity. Some scholars are oblivious to the disastrous bloodshed of Muslims. If they were mindful altogether, the Islamic world would unite right away. Bediuzzaman Said Nursi also emphasized that the only solution is to establish the Islamic Union on the foundations of the truth of the Qur'an.

Mourning is unlawful according to religion, it is an ancient pagan custom. As the ancient Sumerians, ancient Egyptians, Persians, Hittites did not believe in the afterlife, in martyrdom, they considered death as a disaster. They would cry as to rebel against God. Us Muslims regard martyrdom as [achieving] an honorable rank.

Who would want to die in bed? Martyrdom (Shahada) and dying while struggling for the cause of God is the best way to die.

Our martyrs who made their bodies shields before the coup plotters are lambs in Heaven. All of them are lions and so courageous.

God appreciates martyrdom and getting wounded in His way. He appreciates preaching religion until late at night. What God also likes is the effortful search for His love. Only then God bestows this love and passion to those who are worthy.

For a believer martyrdom is a wedding, it is not a funeral. Martyrs are alive.

Martyrdom is a reason for joy. Martyrdom is an honor. It is wrong to grieve after martyrs; grieving is a pagan tradition.

Abdulaziz is a blessed, saintly Sultan who has attained the rank of martyrdom.

Darwinism is the reason why the PKK has progressed. It is again Darwinism that lies beneath the system that martyrs our soldiers and police officers. This is the origin of all these sicknesses.

It is not acceptable to follow a calm, moderate policy against the PKK. A determined policy within the mainframe of the law should be followed; that is because martyrs are saintly. If we are giving martyrs every single day, that is defiance against us.

There is no gloom and sadness in the realm of the martyrs. Martyrs are always in delight.

The realm of the martyrs is glorified place; martyrs continue their worship fastidiously there.

In the realm of the martyrs the logic of this world is totally altered. In fact the life in this world is similar to the kingdom of dreams.

Dying as a martyr is the greatest honor; it’s a blessing that a Muslim would most desire. What befits a valiant man is martyrdom.

I constantly speak about the greatness of the rank of the martyrs. And I have repeatedly said I wanted to be a martyr myself.

There is fear and worry in this world. But in the dimension of the martyrs, they only feel joy and happiness.

In the dimension of the martyrs, there is nothing to be sad about. And their bodies, their souls cannot feel sad anyway. They feel only joy.

None of us will remain in this world. What important is to go to the Hereafter with one's honor. Martyrs are going to the Hereafter with such an honor.

Muslims are always in a good mood. What does sorrow mean? May God forbid, it means, "I do not like what God has created for me." We see the goodness in everything God creates. We see the goodness in it when we have a martyr; we do not get sad, we do not mourn. Mourning is a custom of the pagans, it is the tradition of the idolaters.
