Presenter:Master, about the descend of the Prophet Jesus (as), Bediuzzaman says "His descend from the heavens is certain."
Sayyid Salih Ozcan:I believe in it not for a hundred percent but for a thousand percent.
Presenter:[In the hadith it says that] When Prophet Jesus (as) descends Hazrat Mahdi (as) will be theimam and Prophet Jesus (as) will be his vizier and the Prophet Jesus (as) will pray behind Hazrat Mahdi (as).
Sayyid Salih Ozcan:Yes that is how I heard too. I learned from the Master previously that Hazrat Mahdi (as) will be the imam, Prophet Jesus (as) will be subjected to him. That is what I believe.
Presenter:Indeed in the hadith it says that Prophet Jesus (as) will gently push him from his back and make Hazrat Mahdi (as) lead the prayer.
Sayyid Salih Ozcan:That is true. Indeed Hazrat Mahdi (as) insists very much that Prophet Jesus (as) leads the prayer, but the he [Prophet Jesus (as)] pushes Hazrat Mahdi (as) forward.
Presenter: Master some of our Risale-i Nur brothers make such statements about Prophet Jesus (as). The first one is that they say; "he came and passed by, (may Allah forbid) he had died and we buried him". Some of them say; "he came and passed away but we did not understand because the Master says that the persona of the End Times will not be recognized in the beginning." And consequently they make statements as if the Prophet Jesus (as) came and gone by. Is this true?
Sayyid Salih Ozcan:You listen to me now. It is certain in the Qur'an that for the Prophet Jesus(as) Jews say that they murdered him. But Allah says that they did not kill him. Allah says He took him to His Sight.
Presenter: Yes there are also those who say that Prophet Jesus (as) came in the time of Bediuzzaman, that he lived and that they buried him.
Sayyid Salih Ozcan:That is disbelief (kufur). That word would be unbelief in the Qur'an. Is such a thing possible?
Presenter:Also there are also those who say that Prophet Jesus (as) came and he passed by and that the Master also said that no one can ever recognize him.
Sayyid Salih Ozcan: That is not the case. I don't believe so. The Prophet Jesus (as) will be sent down by Almighty Allah and he will follow Hazrat Mahdi (as). That is my conviction.
