Believers would be hasty in doing good. They do not delay anything that would be good and auspicious. Satan wants beauty and goodness to be delayed. For instance, if you are to show compassion, satan tells you to delay it. If you are about to forgive, it tells you to delay it. Satan is always a procrastinator. Hypocrites continue to swim in that filth, in their own sewage. We cannot even imagine the visual pollution that would appear had the hypocrites not leave. That would be like a nightmare, like Hell. It would be impossible to picture the horribleness of the environment such people exist. That is what God means when He says ‘believers are clean’. God cleans all the filthy, ignoble, characterless, undignified hypocrites among Muslims. Thus Muslims would be saved from that scourge. Instead of those filthy hypocrites, God sends Muslims very devout, loyal, beautiful, healthy, fit, humble, wise, hardworking and loving people.
