They should cling to the Qur’an, without having any doubts that it is the sole guide. The Qur’an is sufficient as a guide. Everything is explained in the Qur’an. Saying anything to the contrary would be a sin. Quote
Many conservative people don't really know that the Qur’an is sufficient as a guide. With compassion and understanding, we will continue to explain them the truth. Quote

God says that He explained everything in the Qur'an. Those who reject the Qur'an as a sufficient guide are defying God’s words. "We have sent the Book down to you to explain everything, and for guidance and mercy, and as good news for Muslims." Qur’an, 16: 89 Quote
Due to the radical mindset, people wrongly believe that if they become religious Muslims, they will have to give up on the joys of life. On the contrary when Muslims abide by the true Islam described in the Qur'an, they will find true happiness and will not have to give up on things that they love. Quote

The Qur'an is clear. Commands in the Qur'an can be clearly understood both by a professor and an illiterate person. Religion is clear, not by implication. Trying to bring forth new forbidden (unlawful) issues even though they don't exist in the Qur'an is an idolatrous mindset. Quote

Many people were against our modernity but step by step, they've come to our modernity. That is a transitional stage. And now they will go through another stage. They will then come to a more modern line, to the real Islam as found in the Qur'an. Quote
The hadiths that do not conflict with the Qur'an are authentic. Every hadith that complies with the Qur'an is authentic. For instance, if our Prophet (saas) foretells an incident that will take place in the End Times, the hadith that tells us about that incident is authentic and valid. Quote
Some people keep asking, "Why didn't the moral values of Islam prevail?" You are presenting a hellish life to people in the name of Islam. The fact is that Islam means love, beauty, joy, happiness, pleasantness, honesty and cleanliness. So what are you doing? You are merely presenting them a hellish life. You forbade everything and you do that claiming that you are acting in the name of God. Do those limits you force onto people have any place in the Qur'an? No, they don't. You are simply cooking all those up yourself. Quote
We should do as God says, what our Prophet (saas) says, what his companions say. Were there sects at the time of our Prophet (saas)? Were there sects such as Hanafis, Hanbali, Maliki, Shafi'i, Shi'ah and Wahhabism at the time of our Prophet (saas)? No, there weren't. In order to avoid the damnation of God, we need to return to the pure and real religion of God, to the Qur'an. Quote
There were no sects at the time of our Prophet (saas), at the time of the companions. There were no Wahabis, no Sunnis, no Shias. There was only Islam as commanded in the Qur'an. Quote
We talk to them reciting verses and say, "That is what God says in the Qur'an". They reply saying, "This is not what the hodjas we know are saying." Why do you not trust the Qur'an? You do not trust the Book of God. They insistently search for the religion of their forefathers in the Qur'an. They refuse anything else if they cannot find it in the Qur'an. The fact is, however, religion is learned directly from the Qur'an, not from forefathers. Quote
Idolaters consider the commands of God, the Qur'an as insufficient- may God forbid. In their twisted minds, they attempt to teach morality, they attempt to teach religion to God- may God forbid. That is why they either make additions to or subtractions from Islam. Quote
What does idolater mean? It means those who do not consider the Qur'an as sufficient, who do not consider the commands of God as enough, may God forbid, those who attempt to teach religion to God, or those who make additions to the religion God revealed in the name of God. Quote
Does Shi'ism have a place in the Qur'an? Does Sunnism have a place in the Qur'an? Where do you come up with those concepts? Does Wahabism have a place in the Qur'an? There is only one Qur'an, there is only one Islam. The only name we all have is 'Muslim'. Quote
The things demanded by the Qur'an are only a few: Performing prayers is explained very briefly in the Qur'an, fasting is explained very briefly and giving alms is explained very briefly. God commands us to be merciful, compassionate, to avoid telling lies, to be true. He commands us to have good intentions and to love one another, to love God a lot; to be of help to one another and to avoid worldly ambitions for goods because everything belongs to God. The commands in the Qur'an are very few. The rest is all about the foulness of the unbelievers, the impertinent behavior of the unbelievers, of the people of heresy and the responses given to them. Quote
With radicalism, they have stigmatized Islam throughout the whole world. They want to extinguish the sun of Islam. Hanging people, chopping the up, beating and degrading women, calling them half-people, demanding no music, no pictures, no art, no goodness, no beauty, no affection, no nothing. Are you all mad? It is as if they have a longing for Hell. There is no such thing in Islam. Quote
If you abide by the Qur'an you cannot say that music is unlawful, you cannot say that paintings, sculptures, having fun and laughing are unlawful; but if you are in a radical conservative system, music, paintings and sculptures are all unlawful. Quote
Satan complicates religion and people thus keep aloof from religion. They transformed Islam into the most terrifying religion in the world right now. They misrepresent it as a system that kills all life, that removes all aesthetics, all the beautiful aspects of life, as a system that demands terror, that demands bloodshed and that ruins life. The fact is however, Almighty God says, " God desires ease for you; He does not desire difficulty for you." And He says " God has selected you and not placed any constraint upon you in the religion —as in the religion of your forefather Abraham." Quote
Radicals consider the commands of God in the Book He sent as insufficient. For instance, salat (prayers) is explained in the Qur'an yet they see it as insufficient and try to add things to it. Fasting for instance; they look at the Qur'an and see it as insufficient. They try to add things to it. They try to add things to every other religious act. But if there is something that is in conflict with their own interests, then they try to subtract things from those commands. They say, "This verse has been nullified, the command of this verse has been lifted". Quote
Our Prophet (saas) learned what is unlawful from the Qur'an. There is no unlawful or lawful apart from what is in the Qur'an. The Companions asked our mother Hazrat Aisha (ra) "What is the sunnah of Rasulullah?" And she replied "the Qur'an." So do not invent things. Lawful and unlawful acts are only defined by the Qur'an. Quote
Prophets would never come up with additional lawful and unlawful acts on their own accord if they are not defined in the Qur'an. There is an explicit verse in the Qur'an about this. Quote
Every father, every mother in society has a different, specific understanding of religion. Youngsters have such a specific understanding of religion as well. They contradict one another. They do not like each other's way. However, had everyone abided by the Qur'an, they would all become an ummah. Quote
Radicals have laid such a heavy burden on Muslims; so much so that they have driven Muslims almost mad. They are unable to turn right or left, it is forbidden to laugh, it is forbidden to talk to women. God wants us to laugh; He wants us to be joyous. Why do you hurt them in vain? They are inventing prohibitions on their own. Laugh; laugh as ever you like, wander around as ever you like, put up the pictures you like at your home, put up statues, let young girls put on make up as ever they like, let them be well-groomed; let young men dance and have fun. These are all lawful and permitted according to the Qur'an. Quote
Once the made-up superstitions of the bigots and the radicals are discarded, the immaculate, pure and lucid religion of Islam remains behind. Quote
God says that Muslims will be successful so long as they do not ascribe partners to God. Some people fail to understand this secret. I mean if you abide by the Qur'an, you would not fall into idolatry. If you do not abide by the Qur'an and act according to made-up, false hadiths, you would be an idolater. Quote
People should return to the Qur’an and for that to happen, people should turn their faces towards the system of the Mahdi. Without the system of the Mahdi, turning towards the Qur’an is very difficult. If it were possible, it would have been done by now. Quote
It is not acceptable to support ISIS; that is because they are trapped in idolatry. But many Muslims are also in idolatry. I cannot support their faith either. The Qur’an is enough according to my belief. They do not accept the fact that the Qur’an is enough. Consequently it is not possible for me to support such a belief. Quote
There is no such thing as a "moderate Muslim." Muslims are those who abide by the Qur'an. Those who abide by the Qur'an are Muslims, if they don't, they don't. There are two different types of Muslims; those who abide by the Qur'an and those who don't. There is no such thing as a moderate Muslim. Quote
The Prophet (saas) was only charged with abiding by the Qur’an. It is not possible for him to make additions or deletions from the Qur’an. Quote
The struggle against radicalism is given with the Qur’an. Quote
If you abide by different sects instead of abiding by the Qur'an, it would be unlawful. If God says; "I have sent you the Qur'an. Where did you come up with those sects?" What would you have said? If God asks; "Are you going to abide by the Qur'an or the sects?" what would we say? We are of course responsible of abiding by the Qur'an. Quote
You ask him "what is your religion?" and he responds by telling you his sect. Well, are you not responsible of abiding by the Qur'an? You are saying I am abiding by this sect. Where does it write in the Qur'an to abide by a sect? God only mentions abiding by the Qur'an. Where did you come up with the idea of abiding by a sect? Quote
God tells us not to come up with additional, made-up, false commands to the Qur'an. Quote
God will give relief and comfort to people if they completely abide by the Qur'an, God will give them comfort. Yet they fail to put their trust in the Qur'an. They cannot put their trust in God's Book. Trust. If they were to abide by the Qur'an, all these matters would be resolved. Leave fanaticism, leave superstitions aside. Quote
