People die every day. We are living in the world, this is a place of testing. People get sick every day. How do they come up with the idea of mourning? There is no such thing in the Qur'an. There is no such understanding in Islam. It only has a place in idolatry, in the totemist mentality, in the belief system of the idolaters. This is a characteristic of pagan religions, but there is no such thing in Islam.

The mentality that urges one to cry after everything is abnormal. This is a remnant system from the idolaters of Mecca, from the idolaters of Sumeria, from way back. That is outright insincerity. This is an act which shows that one does not have trust in God- may God forbid. One would only cry if he thinks –may God forbid- that God is not the One Who creates that event.

There is no spirit of mourning in Islam. That is idolatry. It is rebellion against God, it is unlawful, it is a sin. Consequently, talking about something that actually means idolatry as if it is a religious act would be wrong.

Most of the people are being brought up far removed from religion, removed from the love of God and the fear of God. Many of them are ruthless and cruel. It would be unacceptable to leave innocent, angelic children to the streets all by themselves.

One should refrain from those who do not fear God, from those who do not act on faith, those who do not act with the Qur’an. That is because they have no fundamental law. You would never know what they are thinking. They could do anything. But a Muslim does have a fundamental law and abides by the laws of God.

This is the way of the world. Of course, there will be people passing away every single day but mourning would be ascribing partners to God, it is a custom of the idolaters. We will always live the joy of faith.

Saying, “Oh Lord, what can I ever be? I cannot draw too close to you and I cannot love you very much,” would be blasphemy. God has opened the hearts of men infinitely to Himself. There is no limit to man’s power of drawing closer to God; one can get closer to God as much as he/she wants.

Idolatry is a grave scourge. Idolatry, saying “Not God, but I did it,” “Not God but this one did it,” is what God detests the most. God says; “Know that I am the One Who does all of them so that I will increase the blessings on you. But if you say, “I did it,” then I will erase you from the face of this world and I will punish you.”

If there is no art, no quality, then build as many bridges, as many roads as you like, and nothing would stick. Art, aesthetics, faith, joy, merriment, fear of God, love for God should be everywhere.

This world is not a place to cry but a place to laugh; this world is not a living hell but a heaven. We want heaven both in this world and in the Hereafter. Those who want Hell in this world will be left in Hell in the Hereafter as well.

A person who fears God would become very wise and would be very meticulous about what is religiously lawful and what is not and all his attitudes would be very proper and balanced. When one doesn't fear God, may God forbid, that instantly reflects on his behaviors. He starts to say whatever comes to his mind and acts however he likes. When one fears God however, he would act very selectively, very meticulously and very beautifully. A Muslim would keep away from being egotistical and selfish.

Because a religion that ascribes partners to God –may God forbid- has infested the whole world, Islam that is purely based on the Qur'an is lived by in only a few places. What is dominating [the world today] is the religion that ascribes partners to God.

No one should be using the language of conflict. The human soul is inclined both towards anger and towards love; the human soul is inclined both towards laughing and towards crying. Laughing should preferred every single time. Love should be preferred instead of hatred every single time.

If you idolize the one you love, if you ascribe them as a partner to God - may God forbid-, if you assume that the one you love has an independent existence, God would take that person away from you. But if you see your loved one as a manifestation of God, God would not take away that manifestation from you. Separation is a punishment for idolizing the loved one.

If you teach people persecution, they'd come up and apply persecution. You should teach people compassion, reason, methods of talking and persecution and scientific proofs. Above all else teach people love of God, fear of God.

One needs to look and admire the rich details in God's creating. Then the love one feels for God would increase even further. When love increases so does the fear of God. When fear of God increases, so does your submission to God. When your submission to God increases, it would be as if your nerves are taken. Your mind would be at ease and you would be very much relieved. You would feel a sense of relief, a sense of contentment and ease insha'Allah.

God takes away love from the hearts of those who ascribe partners to Him. Their loved ones run away from them and they chase after them; however had they have given their love and their appreciation for beauty directly to God, had they prayed to God, God would grant them those blessings.

If Mahdi and his students sincerely put an end to idolatry, God promises in Surat An-Nur verse 55 that He will make Islam prevail in the world. God says; "I will give you security, in place of your fear” “I will firmly establish your religion for you in all respects all through the world. But you should not ascribe partners to Me, that is all I ask from you," God says.

In the Qur'an, God talks about the torments in Hell to scare those who are rebellious against Him.

The minds of unhappy people become damaged. Faithlessness leads to unhappiness, unhappiness leads to faithlessness. This is an interlocked system. Unhappiness attracts faithlessness. Actually Allah wants Muslims to be happy. Allah approves happiness. Bigots on the other hand constantly encourage crying

Radicals prohibit everything beautiful. They preach everything that is atrocious, everything that is difficult. Their encouragement about crying is unbelievable. God refers to it as a characteristic of unbelievers. "They will cry a lot and you will laugh," God says to Muslims. And they turn everything around and tell Muslims "Do not laugh, cry a lot!" How could one's mind and soul endure this? Go do sports, eat, drink, laugh, perform your religious observances, beautify everywhere. Let the arts prevail everywhere.

Crying is the general characteristic of idolaters. They misrepresent themselves as crying, blubbering people as if they are sentimental, compassionate and easily flappable. And thus their paths are opened for them. Actually, one only cries out of fear of God, out of love for God; but these ones cry as a ploy, to put on a show with their idolater spirit.

Let us please put aside the habit of crying at the funerals of martyrs. It is not in compliance with the Qur'an, it is not in compliance with our customs; there is no such habit in the morality of Islam. That is a custom observed since the ancient Sumerians. It is not appropriate to cry after those who have gone to Heaven.

The best thing the CHP (Republican People’s Party) can do is to develop a spirit that addresses the spirit of the people, of the people of Anatolia, the spirit of our people.

The system of the Mahdi is a very beautiful activity of the brain which destroys the spirit of desolation and desperation by instilling a vibrant hope, lively excitement and vivacious fervor to the world. We will see this result, insha'Allah, more clearly in 10 or 20 years.
