People are implementing secularity as if it is irreligiousness. And thus religious people are being oppressed. However, if secularity is abolished, an inconceivable ignominy, incomprehensible pain and oppression will start to appear. Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) is the one who will establish that balance.

Hazrat Mahdi (pbuh) is the one who will implement secularity. He is the one who will show compassion and love to everyone.

Secularity is an assurance, it is tranquility, it is the protection of religious and irreligious ones. There is secularity in the Qur'an.

The concept of secularity exists in the complete sense in the Qur'an. Secularity as described in the Qur'an should be put into practice. Everyone should be utmost free in their beliefs. The essence is not to intervene in anyone's beliefs. One cannot interfere in the beliefs of an irreligious person, or a religious one, or a mason or a communist or anyone else for that matter. They all are first class citizens.

Freedom would bring about comfort and abundance. We should protect Jews, we should protect Christians and irreligious people as well. Let us create such a liberal, refreshing, beautiful environment. A very wealthy, sound understanding of religion would prevail in such an environment. Secularity is a system that exists in the essence of religion.

Secularism means the nonbelievers, Christians, Jews, Muslims, everyone will practice their beliefs with ease; no one will be able to interfere with their beliefs. There will be no compulsion or oppression. This is what secularism means. Everyone will be free to live their lives any way they want.

The Quran heavily preaches secularism. God says in the verse of the Quran; "Say: 'You have your religion and I have my religion'" (Qur’an, 109/6). This verse is a short summary of secularism.

They imagine that Islam will cease to exist when there is secularism. Secularism means irreligious and religious people living together in comfort. Islam guarantees the coexistence of both irreligious and religious people.

Islam is the religion that teaches people laicism. The most beautiful description of laicism is in the Qur'an.

Secularism, democracy and freedom are the principles of Islam.

"There is no compulsion where religion is concerned." This is a command of God. This is also a summary of secularism.

We are a modern, secular, enlightened, democratic community that takes everything beautiful as a basis, that demands what is elegant and high-quality, that are keen on what is lawful and what is not.

We learn the most right, beautiful and sensible form of secularism by way of the Qur'an. Islam advocates secularism.

Secularity is in the structure of the system of the Mahdi.

A secular, democratic system will come into existence properly, insha’Allah. The time of oppression, the period of violence will come to an end. Insha’Allah.

Secularism is best explained in Islam and the Qur’an. The commandment in the Qur’an that reads “your religion is yours and my religion is mine” is the best application of secularism.

The verse in the Qur’an, “your religion is yours and my religion is mine” is the most perfect description of democracy and secularism.

President Erdoğan is a sincere statesman who defends and preserves secularism.

The best version of secularism is in the Qur’an. According to the Qur’an, everyone has freedom of thought and every faith is protected.

The verse “Your religion is yours and my religion is mine” in the Qur’an is the best summary of secularism. There is no compulsion in Islam. But there is no freedom in the system of bigotry.

Since they lead an introverted life, some of our brothers from the right wing do not understand how important our reconciliatory attitude is. In the past, there was a great gap between the Atatürkist secular fraction and the conservative fraction. We have explained with proof that Atatürk is a sincere believer and that there is secularism in the Qur’an. We have shown them that religiousness is an exuberant life. We have ensured that this gap between these two fractions is closed. In many countries coups are plotted using this gap between these two fractions. We have thus been instrumental in preventing such a dissension.

One other good aspect of our activities is that we have an understanding that conciliates the conservative part of the society with the secular part. There is a lack of communication between these two parts that is being used by those who want to dissociate the society. Many examples of these have been experienced in the past. Our activities are of crucial importance to avoid experiencing similar incidents again. Both parts are the children of this country, both sides are valuable. When there is a rigid understanding, it would not be possible for the conservative part to reach people who live by the shores, to the secular ones. Both sides continue their lives among themselves. By explaining the fact that the Qur’an brings democracy, secularity and freedom, we remove the prejudices of both parties. But it seems as though some bigots are determined to divide society, so we are trying to correct this. We will insha’Allah live together as brothers with love.

The power of loving other countries, other nations, is insufficient. If you do not love the other servants of God, you cannot love Turkey either. Just be sincere. Love Syrians, Arabs, Greeks, Russians, Iranians, Europeans, Americans. They all are the servants of God, all colorful, how nice this is. God created this as a blessing.

The lack of love, the reaction against Israel is about eighty percent. That is a horrible rate. This should be made right immediately. Moderate, beautiful, loving statements coming from our politicians would be very beneficial in this respect. We need to be a nation that loves other countries. Anything other than that would not befit us.
