The lower-self says, "I am exhausted!" a Muslim responds to his lower-self saying, "You create that tiredness with prompting," and says, "What exhaustion are you talking about? You would be jumping up and down if you were told that you would be given five thousand liras. You are lying, it is not true." Even if the lower-self says, "I am spent, I am tired, I am about to drop down," a Muslim would say, "If there were something in it for you, you would go insane and all energetic." Quote

The best form of resting is – of course we do not do this for God to let us rest, but for the good pleasure of God- is perfect connection with God. There is no rest other than that.
