Who would want to die in bed? Martyrdom (Shahada) and dying while struggling for the cause of God is the best way to die.

All the songs are about crying because faithfulness or fidelity is lost. What does religion ensure? It ensures fidelity, faithfulness and patience.

Mourning was practiced by ancient Summerians, Akkadians, Hittites, Egyptians and other idol-worshiping tribes; it is forbidden in the Quran through a large number of verses and hadiths. It completely contradicts putting trust in God.

Children shouldn't be taken to martyr funerals. No one should ever speak any words of dismay or trouble at the martyr funerals.

Having martyrs will never trouble or upset us. It is the terrorists that will be troubled. Martyrdom is a blessing for Muslims.

Three of my friends were martyred and there are also seven veterans among my friends. I have friends currently joining the operations against the terror organization PKK in the Southeast of Turkey. Martyrdom is an honor.

A believer only weeps out of joy and happiness. He would never cry out of grief.

Martyrs are our lions, they protect our nation with great courage. Their rank is so esteemed; we are in admiration of their martyrdom.

May God bless the martyrdom of our martyrs. The British secret state uses the PKK this time in Southeastern Anatolia, like it did in Gallipoli before.

We will not allow a Stalinist state to be established in the Southeast of Turkey. If needed we can have hundreds of thousands of martyrs but we won’t give away an acre of our land.

It would be a grave mistake to use all our military power, weapons, means and munitions against ISIS when the activities of the PKK are so self-evident, when the PKK militants martyr our soldiers, our policemen every day, when they explode bombs all around Turkey.

Some people use crying as their weapon when things contradict their interests. This is a devilish method of fussing in order to arouse pity for themselves, in order to acquire something, in order to object to something, to frustrate the other party. A Muslim cries for the love of God. They do not cry to bother or frustrate others, as this is indecent and atrocious.

Martyrdom is a reason for joy. Martyrdom is an honor. It is wrong to grieve after martyrs; grieving is a pagan tradition.

Muslims are always in a good mood. What does sorrow mean? May God forbid, it means, "I do not like what God has created for me." We see the goodness in everything God creates. We see the goodness in it when we have a martyr; we do not get sad, we do not mourn. Mourning is a custom of the pagans, it is the tradition of the idolaters.

Mourning is a custom of idolatry, a custom that was in practice in ancient Sumeria, Mesopotamia, the Hittites, in ancient Greek, in ancient Egypt. In numerous hadiths, our prophet (saas) has prohibited mourning. It is against the Qur'an. It is rebellion –may God forbid- to the blessings of God. It is not an act that befits Muslims; the meaning behind it is atrocious. There is no mourning in Islam.

Crying is not acceptable for us. We did not cry in Çanakkale. We did not cry in Dumlupınar. We did not cry in Malazgirt. Why would we cry? As a nation who desires martyrdom, as a nation who regards martyrdom as an honor, why would we cry for martyrs?

Let us please put aside the habit of crying at the funerals of martyrs. It is not in compliance with the Qur'an, it is not in compliance with our customs; there is no such habit in the morality of Islam. That is a custom observed since the ancient Sumerians. It is not appropriate to cry after those who have gone to Heaven.

Crying is the general characteristic of idolaters. They misrepresent themselves as crying, blubbering people as if they are sentimental, compassionate and easily flappable. And thus their paths are opened for them. Actually, one only cries out of fear of God, out of love for God; but these ones cry as a ploy, to put on a show with their idolater spirit.

Radicals prohibit everything beautiful. They preach everything that is atrocious, everything that is difficult. Their encouragement about crying is unbelievable. God refers to it as a characteristic of unbelievers. "They will cry a lot and you will laugh," God says to Muslims. And they turn everything around and tell Muslims "Do not laugh, cry a lot!" How could one's mind and soul endure this? Go do sports, eat, drink, laugh, perform your religious observances, beautify everywhere. Let the arts prevail everywhere.

God creates and God takes away life. A believer won't feel sad to see a beloved pass. They’ll be happy because their beloved is now with God.

A martyr is guaranteed to go to Heaven. It’s wrong to cry for a person that is in Heaven. Everyone should be happy about martyrdom.

According to Islam, to the Qur’an, it is wrong to grieve for a martyr. A true believer is proud of martyrdom.

No one should be using the language of conflict. The human soul is inclined both towards anger and towards love; the human soul is inclined both towards laughing and towards crying. Laughing should preferred every single time. Love should be preferred instead of hatred every single time.

God creates major incidents so that people wake from their dream-states but a lot of people disregard this fact. They talk about a bomb exploding right next to them as if it is a magazine subject. We see it in the hadiths of Our Prophet (pbuh) that these incidents will continue until the all of humanity wakes up from their deep slumber.

Establishing a Ministry of Quality and Art is of the utmost importance; a product has no value if it has no artistic or high quality attributes. Both art and quality should be encouraged.
