If in an environment, there is no place for the arts, if there is no love; if there is only pain and horror, if there is destitute, then there would neither be industry, nor wealth, nor joy in that environment. There will be nothing. No matter how much you help them. I mean it would be like giving blood to a corpse. Give a thousand liters if you like, that corpse would not be revived.
